Floor Demolition
We provide dustless floor removal and coating removal for industrial, commercial, and residential facilities. Cattman Flooring has extensive experience in removing all types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, stone, epoxy and more. We use top-of-the-line equipment and OSHA required air scrubbers and dust collectors to ensure every job is done safely.
Epoxy Coating Removal
Epoxy paint is tough, bonds aggressively and is meant to be permanent; this makes it difficult to remove from a porous surface like concrete. We use the latest PCD technology to remove epoxy coating at high speeds.
Joint Spalling & Floor Heating Repair
Joint spalling is the breakdown of the slab edges within 0.5m (1.5 ft) of the joint. A joint spall usually does not extend vertically through the slab, but intersects the joint at an angle. Spalling results from excessive stresses at the joint caused by traffic loading or by infiltration of incompressible materials into the joint space.
Tile Repair & Installation
With a variety of textures, shapes and patterns, tile is an in-demand design element for modern builders and is a practical solution for easy to clean high foot traffic areas. Typically tile installation also requires old material removal, self-leveling underlayment, backer board, waterproofing solutions, etc.
